Executed 80 activations flawlessly across taxi ranks and strip malls in all 10 regions nationwide. Our teams handled end-to-end logistics, staffing, gamification setups, and community engagement, ensuring seamless on-the-ground execution. Interactive gamified experiences served as a powerful hook to incentivize sign-ups and educate communities on the ease and benefits of Chat Wallet.
